This project is about turning Springvale Cricket Club into a truly welcoming place to offer a recreational avenue for the local community. We wish to landscape the whole of the surrounding area of the playing boundry to make the club more asthetically pleasing to encourage people to come back. Seating around the edge amongst new tree and flower beds and new bins would really tidy up the area.

In 2018 we had to move away from the club due to our old club Springvale Sports and Social Club being knocked down. We were left with a field an no facility so we had to abandon the junior section and go down to 2 senior teams. First XI ended up travelling 24 miles away for their home fixture and second XI found a school pitch to play on.
2021 we finally returned home with still no changing rooms, Covid regs allowed us to play at our old ground.
But this year we have had the arrival of our new changing room facility, a smart modular building just meeting our requirements. But after years of no facilities and no club to raise funds I am sure you can imagine how hard it was to keep the club going. The surrounding areas of the club and outfield need some much needed attention to make the club an inviting safe place for the local community to be part of. Following on from the works of new sewage and drives to the new facility we really need your help to make this the best local sport facility.
